Do not require Ctrl+Alt+Delete to login in Windows XP

When a Windows XP computer joins a domain, the Fast User Switching feature is disabled. The user therefore has to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to login into the computer.

Although this process is a security feature, the user could save time if we disabled this.
